Physical Requirements
Beginner+ to Moderate fitness level. Participants should be comfortable walking approximately 8 km over 3–4 hours on uneven, rocky wadi and mountain terrain. The route has around 250 metres of elevation gain but is not particularly steep. Good mobility, basic balance and comfortable hiking shoes with good grip are recommended. Suitable for active beginners with reasonable stamina, as well as experienced hikers. Participants should inform Alpine Trekkers UAE in advance of any medical conditions or mobility limitations that may affect their participation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days before departure are non-refundable. However, the full booking value will remain available as hiking credit for up to 3 years from the original departure date. This credit may be transferred or sold to another person, or used toward any alternative Alpine Trekkers UAE hike, subject to availability. If the new hike costs more, the price difference must be paid. Any remaining credit may be used toward another hike within the original validity period. Hiking credits have no cash redemption value and cannot be refunded after the cancellation deadline.
