Overview
The Everest base Camp trek is an adventure of a lifetime, a 14-day journey to the foot of the highest mountain in the world. This classic trek takes you through the stunning landscapes of Nepal, offering breathtaking views of four of the six highest mountain peaks globally - Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Mt. Makalu (8,470 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), and Mt. Everest (8,848 m).
Who Can Participate
This trek is suitable for anyone above 15 years with prior experience of high-altitude trekking (at least one trek of 3,000m/13,100ft). Trek Essentials For Everest Base Camp Trek
- Age: 15 years - Experience: Prior high-altitude trekking experience (at least one trek of 3,000m) - Physical fitness: Good level of physical fitness and stamina - Backpack: Ability to carry a 8-12 kg backpack.

Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar
Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,850 m/12,650 ft)
Tengboche to Dingboche (4,350 m/14,250 ft)
Dingboche to Lobuche (4,950 m/16,200 ft)
Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,150 m/16,900 ft) and excursion to Everest Base Camp
Hike to Kalapatthar (5,550 m/18,200 ft) and retreat trek to Pangboche (4,300 m/14,100 ft)
Pangboche to Namche Bazaar
Namche Bazaar to Phakding to Lukla
