Meeting Point, Parking & Trailhead Access
Participants meet near Mill Supermarket in Wadi Ghub, Fujairah, where suitable parking spaces are generally available nearby, subject to local conditions.
The Full Loop trailhead is approximately 3 km from the meeting point, reached in around 8 minutes along a rough access road.
4WD vehicles are recommended, although normal cars may reach the trailhead with careful driving when road conditions permit. Alpine Trekkers UAE normally coordinates shared 4WD access for participants who need it, subject to available vehicles and prior confirmation.
Vehicles are normally parked in the trailhead parking area. The group then gathers for a safety briefing covering the Full Loop's steep climbs, scrambling sections, loose rocks and demanding descents.
If road conditions prevent safe access, the guide may arrange an alternative parking and starting point. Any change affecting the distance, duration or difficulty of this Advanced hike will be assessed before proceeding. The route may be modified or the departure postponed if necessary.
